I liked how much banking services this company has.
It may seem like a small thing, but for me it is a real advantage. My previous bank didn't offer such a variety of services. And what is more, these services were much worse.

Chase, another huge banking conglomerate. One of the top ten, statistically, banks by capital in the world. Founded in 2000 under its current name however it was originally Bank of the Manhattan Company founded in 1799!
As for customer service, just like any conglomerate you will have both bad and good experiences depending on what branch you are going to, ultimately because you are dealing with the human factor. This makes a customer service rating difficult, so you will have to get a large consensus of user experiences to judge that for yourself.
The site is found to be currently without security issues and is safe for children in the sense there is no malicious content. The site does exactly what it claims to do, offer banking services to its users.
