Is chick.com Safe?

I gave this site: Yellow for trustworthiness. The rationale for this should be obvious. Yellow-Green for Vendor and Privacy, since they probably ship what they sell and unlikely sell your details to spammers. Orange for Child Safety. I sure would not want kids to be reading this hateful garbage.

Good Christian tracts, many of which focus in on a particular area that blocks salvation in Jesus Christ. Christopher Klicka, former Home School Legal Defense Senior Counsel who has now gone to be with the Lord, used Chick tracts to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with countless people. Parents should read each tract before allowing their children as some address difficult issues.

Saying that Muslims are violent fanatics who worship a moon god that is really Satan in disguise: Surely that's a textbook example of "Hateful content"? How can anyone possibly defend that, from the Bible or otherwise? Half of these comics are ghastly ignorant xenophobic bull, the others are scaremongering guilt-trips designed to frighten little old ladies into buying more of them. Yuck.

Concentrates more on criticizing and accusing other religious groups as Satanists, instruments of the devil, deceivers, murderers, despicable human beings, etc. while citing dubious claims. One wonders how this approach creates understanding and tolerance.

Jack Chick "comics" are hilariously bad, fringey religious "you're going to hell" propaganda in the form of preachy, campy, formulaic pocket-sized comic books. Chick Publications have been around since at least the mid 1970s. Some moron used to leave them on my porch when I was a kid. I guess I'm "cynical and need a laugh" but even as an elementary school kid I wasn't horrified or frightened of them, and recognized it for the nonsense that it is.

Jesus Christ is the only and eternal God. All have broken His commands and are thus deserving of punishment, but Christ took our punishment on Himself and saved us from Hell. Those who hate this site are themselves haters of God and so biased by their blindness.

what a bunch of ignoramuses who run that site. its flagrantly racist, homophobic, xenophobic, anti- you know what? its ridiculously hateful towards everything that falls outside of jack chick's beliefs. actually, thats wrong. his comics even talk about how horrible people are that have the same beliefs as him but jesus is the magic bandaid that fixes those instances. if this website was a building, i would suggest it be burned down.
