This store is a total scam. Paypal should cancel their account. This is most likely what happens when you order from this company. 1. You order clothes that look cute and cheap. 2. You pay and they ship your item. 3. Your item never arrives. You start to wonder what is wrong. 4. Your item finally arrives. Your heart sinks to find your package was sent from China. 5. You open the package and find a piece of clothes inside that is not even remotely close to the picture with no price tag or label attached. 6. You try fining a way to return your oder. 7. Their website is not helpful - their return policy and process is ambiguous, but you manage to find their e-mail address and email them. 8. They email back to you saying "Sure, you can return the item for a refund. Please send it back to this address in CHINA(!) by USPS with a tracking. 9. You find that shipping to china would cost more than half the price you paid for the item. 10. You give up. 11. They win.
