Is chromebookforum.com Safe?

Don't know what's going on but have been lied to over and over again by the administrator. The administrator herself is barely dressed in a picture of herself all the world to see....not good for children. And if the site is not good for adults, it is not good for children. Somewhere in the Privacy Policy it talks about any transactions or purchases made by and through the site even though a 3rd party will be used this site has every right to collect the PII ie., Credit Card Information even though it isn't the site making the sale. The date of the contest was supposed to be on June 15th. This was pushed back to God knows when. Then a date was set for July 11th. One person was announced as a winner but the person has not been on the sight since June 6th. The administrators are now making their people wait until until July 15th before the next winner is announced and who knows when the 3rd the winner will be announced. This goes EXACTLY AGAINST their own rules for the game, is cruel, unethical, and more and more I believe to be a scam. Unfortunately I am one who fell for the scam, now looking like a complete idiot infron of my parents and friends. Too bad because their are awesome member who belong to the forum@
