circle-of-light.comは安全ですか？

I am MariaSuzonne, the administrator of circle-of-light.com and want to comment on the posting by timmysyd01. This person joined WOT and within two days posted more than 1200 negative comments about psychics' sites. I don't know this person and it is unjust for him to say something about a me when he doesn't know me. Since I am the first contact people have when emailing I of course take this personal. One of our clients, Lindsey, notified me of this unjust accusation and she contacted him 3 times, but no reply was sent. I sent him an email and we will see what if anything he has to say. My employer has contacted WOT about his accusation against me and the other psychics he defamed. I've worked for her more than 35 yrs she knows I wouldn't hurt anyone. We have been on the net for 17 yrs and if I gave bad customer service then we wouldn't still be on the net and Rev. Cassandra probably would have fired me and I would have deserved it. I am sorry to have to vamp in this section, but it hurts me that timmysyd01 could say such a thing and I just wanted to defend myself and balance the scales, sort to speak.

timmysyd01 why are you attacking all these psychics when you doesn't even know them? You have put negative comments on wot attacking over a thousand in just a few days time frame. Shame on you. The customer service at A Circle of Light is excellent; not only handled professionally, but as if you are a family member and has been from the first time I ordered a reading about a decade ago. There is an expression you should learn "Get educated before you get opinionated". Apparently you are judging 1200 psychics by your bad experience with one or a few psychics. Don't you realize you can be sued for slander. And I'll be letting them know of your posting.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Several family members, friends, and myself have had readings by Rev. Cassandra over the past 8 or 9 yrs. She is trustworthy, kind, and an excellent psychic. I think timmysyd01 is out of his tree. And apparently by his board is attacking over 1200 psychics. But to attack someone you have probably never talked to is insane. And the customer service by MariaSuzonnne, the administrator, is par none. In other words it is not only 'good customer service', but 'excellent customer service'!!! If it wasn't she wouldn't still be on the net after 17 years.
