Is clker.com Safe?

I experienced no difficulty in using or leaving the site. As far as I can tell, this is a truly free and public domain clip art site. *Caveat* like many clip art sites, this one is plastered with ads, many of which are designed to look like they are part of the site itself. I was extremely cautious to check ahead of time that any button I was clicking on was not taking me to a different site. I suspect that may have been the problem some other users were facing, they may have been carried to other sites which caused problems.

Nothing more but a public domain clipart site. Nothing wrong with the content. I read a lot of stuff here on mywot about that it installed adult stuff on their harddrive. Totally bullcrap, I deem it very likely these people already had spyware on their computer installed by other sites which coincidentally started their evil work at the same time they were on ***** and the inability to leave the site..? It never happened to me. I've been visiting this site for years now and none of that ever happened to me, not with Opera which I use now, but with Chrome and Firefox I also never had trouble like that, so I really don't know what that is based upon?
