it was good when rocketsnail owned it, but then disney came and limited it to members only. wanna buy clothes? get a membership. wanna buy igloos and items? get a membership. wanna get puffles? get a membership. wanna complete games? get a membership. wanna enter secret places? get a membership. wanna enter parties? get a membership. even worse, nonmembers can't celebrate december because of memberships!!! :(

Club Penguin is an online multiplayer game owned by Disney. It's Disney's #1 virtual world, and extremely good for your kids if their looking for something new. Check below for my rating of the website: + Owned by Disney; It's trustworthy + Two options for chat: Safe Chat - You can type in almost any comment, and the server will check if it's appropriate or not. If it is, it will appear in game, and if it isn't, only your character will see it. Ultra-Safe Chat - You can pick from a list of different pre-arranged messages, and you can not type in the chat bar. + Online moderators; They are normally dressed like normal players so nobody will know that they are there. + Every month there is a "party" or "takeover" with a certain theme; Every party sells clothes, "igloo items", "igloos", and/or "puffle hats." + It gives/teaches players the responsibility to care for their very own pets, called Puffles. You have to feed, clean, play, and care for your pet Puffle. - Sadly, most of these functions are for "members." In order to become a member, you have to buy a membership, whether it be a gift card, or a weekly/monthly/yearly plan. If you become a member, you will get access to member features such as: More servers More clothes Different colored Puffles Ability to have a different igloo (house) And more igloo items. Overall, I think this is a good website that you and your kids will fall in love with. It's cute, it's fun, and it's addicting. I highly reccomend you use this site :)

Very kid friendly, with blog posts about staying active and healthy. There's also a lot of activities, such as party games, to outside games, and to colouring pages! Probably the most kid-friendly site out there, oh, and whenever someone says something that has a bad word in it, no-one else but the person who typed it in can see it and get banned, so don't worry about your child seeing something they shouldn't. Not all is good though, since you need membership to do literally ANYTHING in-game, so that's one big turn-off

It's not suitable for children, people can pretend to kiss, teens and adults can insert bad words into the game, and it's just bad. Everything is member. Wanna buy clothes? Pay 5$ a month FOREVER instead of virtual currency. Wanna get a cool puffle/pet? Be a member! Wanna play more games? Nope, gotta be a member. I had an account, and it's been sitting for a year because of getting bored. And if you buy membership, 3 years later when your child is too old for that game, your still paying for it. It can be good for teens or adults, but whatever you do, DO NOT BUY THE MEMBERSHIP!

Used to be a great site, i played on it 24/7. but then, club penguin decided that you had to be a member to do ANYTHING fun! want to buy a t-shirt? nope. you have to be a member. want to buy a green, purple, yellow, brown, orange, or pink puffle? nope. same thing. and what do you have to do to be a member? pay $5.00 a month!

Club penguin used to be good untill disney started shoving membership down everyone's throats Want to buy clothes? NOPE, gotta pay for that! Want to participate in special activities? NOPE. gotta pay for that! Want to complete minigames? NOPE you get the point Free to play, pay to enjoy Atleast the community is less of a disgrace than the roblox community...

I don't know if they are taking the security serious enough. I've had a child in my family that was approached in a suspicious way by another user, the user was reported, but from what I could observe from another account, nothing happened to that user. So I wonder about their security parameters.
