I own my own website with this company, and have owned many other websites with this company too. They are a trustworthy website. They are a completely free hosting website with PHP/MYSQL so you can run your own webiste. with a real domain name. The problem it's rated so low, scammers and malware normally appear on these sites, because their basically free to use. This doesn't mean ALL users who use this hosting provider are going to use it for malware, viruses, or anything malicious. Just because a hand full of users decided to use the service in the wrong way, simply doesn't mean everyone will.
