This site should be red. It hijacks your search results and is very difficult to remove from your PC - even when using a variety of antimalware tools. Do not be fooled by it. Stay away.
1
This is a horrible site which is home to some of the web's most prolific malware. The company is responsible for browser hijacking, sneaky installers and much more.
2
It's some stupid browser hijacker that changes you're homepage and if removed it will just reinstall on the next browser boot up without permission.
2
The actual site may be safe but the software and browser hi-jacking it installs causes costly damage and the fact that it's almost impossible to remove once installed makes it a MALWARE site. If it quacks like a duck, has feathers and looks like a duck, call it that. If it were a good add-in it would be easy to remove and clearly state what it is doing. It is doing neither.
2
This is the site that users are forced to use after installation of some freeware applications. The browser remains configured to use this site even after the freeware is removed. This site does not provide an easy way to remove its browser customizations. I see this as unethical and crooked. As a result I do not trust this site, or company.
2
Homepage hijacking malware. Comes bundled with programs at times.
3
It will hack your homepage. You cannot fix it unless you do an extensive search on your computer. The easiest way is to use CCleaner, and delete the addon it leaves in your browsers.
3
Obnoxious site that uses any trickery under the sun to fool you and trip you up, from grayed-out cancel buttons (that work but you don't expect it so you never click that) to buttons that wait for several seconds until you re-click but then you're onto the next 'agree' page. I am a software engineer and can see some of the tricks they use, and this company is the antithesis of everything that is moral and right in software. I detest their every mode of operation.
3
Search Protection Software from this site makes it so you cannot change your homepage or search settings back to normal. It will try to set your browsers to use Bing or Yahoo every time you restart your browser. Includes this software as unwanted adware. Often confusingly packaged with other software which a user WILL want. I don't see how this site hasn't been marked as red yet.

Conduit is supposed to be a place where you can make your own toolbar and mobile apps. THEY DO NOT HAVE THEIR OWN TOOLBAR AND YOU CANNOT DOWNLOAD ANY TOOLBARS FROM THIS SITE AT ALL!!!!! Okay, apparently, the making toolbar thing is discontinued. Now you can just make mobile apps and download a crossover browser. So no toolbars at all. This is safe. Well, the toolbars that are already made with conduit is still around...
3
These fuckers spread malware that changes your homepages. This subhuman scum probably doesn't get any page hits otherwise
4
Free customizable toolbar to stay connected to users even when they are surfing other websites. do not trust this!
2
This "service" stealthily hijacks the user's home page (i.e. new tab page) in Google Chrome and even tries to look like the default new tab page, and sets the default search engine to Conduit.com. I recommend disabling and avoiding on the bad practice standards alone; Go to settings and reselect your search engine of choice and reset your home page to something less malicious.
2
This site is set as the default search engine by a number of Malware programs, although the site itself does not appear to contain malicious content.
3
This place will own your chrome. (and any other major browser) Beware
4
installed without my agreement, can't delete their program because it is a virus
5
I don't know how it was installed in my browser. It 's default address in every tab I open and who knows what info it is passing home.
4
scam/phishing site. Browser Hijacker of the worst order
5
Conduit is known to be a browser hijacker. Conduit is designed to look like the Google homepage so you're less likely to notice that it changed/hijacked your original homepage. It also installs unwanted software without your permission such as toolbars. Conduit is extremely annoying and difficult to remove.
4
Conduit is a spammer born to install bloatware and changing your default search engine. I am wondering how google can allow such a spammer to be part of its company.
