Is creation.com Safe?

As opposed to many of the other comments have said, this website is harmless to everyone. I gave it a high "Trustworthy" rating, because they give many sources to back of their claims. They don't "brainwash" people, or tell them how to think. They only challenge people to question evolution. I gave them a high "vendor reliability" because it is run by Answers in Genesis, a highly respected, even in the evolutionary world, website, giving a different view on the meaning and being of the world. Sadly, I had to give them a lower "good" rating on "Privacy" because they do have around 6 trackers. Certainly not the most I have seen. And Child Privacy I gave a high rating, because they do not expose children to pornography, nudity, or any sensetive material. At least, nothing you wouldn't also find in a biology book.

This site features concepts that are so poorly constructed and thought out they would have to improve to be considered even pathetic. They're below pathetic. This site is intentionally misinforming people. I mean what does cosmology have to do with evolution? They're not even the same discipline. If you're getting your information about what science really says from here then you are just being constantly misinformed. Logical fallacies such as quote mining, begging the question, ergo hoc ad propter hoc, appeals to ignorance, etc are positioned as rational debate. There are far too many inaccuracies in this site to list in a review they are just so numerous. Try an actual science site if you want to learn the facts.

KDulcimer, perfectly stated, so i'm going to say the same. "It is sad that so many should wish to abuse WOT to inhibit freedom of speech and thought, and to encourage such close-mindedness and intolerance. Many accusations of "lies" are made, but absolutely no evidence whatsoever is given to back up the claims. Please don't be swayed by a few close-minded people. Look through the claims and the *serious* arguments presented by both sides, and try to make an informed decision for yourself. Please don't let a few intolerant people who wish to abuse the system make up your mind for you."

Poorly researched nonsense which makes a mockery of the Christian faith. The site won't crash your system or infect it with malware, but it will corrupt your mind with special creationist mendacity which is far worse. Try the BioLogos foundation, the American Scientific Affiliation or Christians in Science for credible information from working scientists who have no problem integrating their faith with the fact of evolution.
