Le site crucial.com est-il sûr ?

Site is fast, Information is totally understandable - their "Memory Advisor Tool" takes all the guess work out of finding the right product. Have 3 white box computers - Hard Drive and Ram missing in all. In short order, I had my list of parts, prices and on my way. Will do business again, totally recommend the site

hello j'ai commandé de la ram sur crutial, moins cher que sur les autre site, directement du fabriquant, ca c est super, rien a dire la dessus , idem pour trouver mon type de ram, ... Mais ATTENTION: peut etre erreur de ma config, mais au moment de l enregistrement de ma carte de crédit ou nom celui n'etait pas en HTTPS?? j'ai du faire un paiement par paypal pour plus de securité. Globalement satisfait mais manque de securité ....

I ordered computer memory (for a non-profit organization). The website said they would charge state Sales Tax on it, which is improper since they don't have a presence in this state. I then cancelled the order rather than supplying all of the forms, which they shouldn't have needed anyhow. A few hours later they sent me an email stating that they had already processed the order and the memory had already shipped and therefore they would be charging my credit card for it. This was an absolute complete bald-faced lie. As it turns out, I had entered my credit card information improperly, so the charge had in fact bounced. Later in the day (8 hours after I had received the email saying that the memory had shipped), I called them. They finally admitted that the memory had not in fact shipped and they cancelled the order.

Excellent website, I ordered my RAM at about mid-day, received it THE NEXT DAY! Absolutely excellent, highly recommended. I am now running on 8GB RAM :) Customer service was also outstanding - initially Paypal had refused my order because of limits on my card, even though I had the funds. I phoned to ask about what was going on, and they were exceptionally helpful!

I have very bad experience with this site, two orders has been canceled! The first order ***** has been canceled without any clarification! The second ***** canceled to due legal requirements as they said!! Anyone in Saudi Arabia, don't order from this site, otherwise you'll get in loop with them until they or you will cancel the order! I have lose 20 GBP bank rate exchange because of this site, I will never use it again.
