Monthly subscription, a detail buried deep in the fine print!!!!! They lure you in with resume templates and AI services for just under $2, making it seem like a great deal. However, this payment actually locks you into a monthly subscription, a detail buried deep in the fine print. I was hit with a $29.99 charge, and when I asked for a refund, explaining that I didn’t intend to continue using their service, they refused. I was aware of the 14-day trial and canceled right away, but I didn't take a screenshot as proof. They initially charged me $1.95, which I used only a couple of times within that 14-day period. Then, on the 1st of September—over a couple of weeks later—I was very upset to see $29.99 charged to my debit card. I never received any invoice or notification in my email. It seems the cancellation initially worked, but their system malfunctioned and charged me after a month and a half. As soon as I noticed the charge, I tried to cancel and request a refund through my account, but I never received any confirmation. The only response came when I directly emailed them on the same day the charge appeared. They still denied my refund. This company clearly relies on deceptive practices and lacks professionalism. I will keep you updated on the outcome, as I’m trying to get this sorted out—$30 is a lot in my currency!

BEWARE!!! They scam people! They charge less than 2 dollars to download a template and I am aware there is a 14 days subscription trial period which I know I cancelled immediately but my mistake is not to take any screenshot of that cancellation. They charged my account the $1.95 in July 17 and I only used it then and never again afterwards. Then August 31st, after 1 and a half month, I was surprised to be charged around $30 in my debit card. They never sent an invoice nor notice in my registered email address!!! And what's suspicious is why was the that charge only after a month and a half? This means the first cancellation went through as nothing happened after 14 days but their system had a glitch and charged me after 1 and a half month, on August 31st!!! Just a few hours after the ~$30 amount was held, I went to my account and raised the issues using the links they provided inside the account. So I kept using the options to cancel subscription using my account and raising request to be refunded. And I believe it never worked as there was no confirmation or acknowledgement of the issue raised. The only time I got a reply is when I sent email directly to them on the same day the charge was made. And they still declined my request for a refund but is giving me instead a free one year subscription!!! This company clearly uses deceptive and misleading practices!!!

They plunge you to a subscription and in the moment of buying something from them that's not precisely clear. I just wanted to buy a single download for one CV layout and 1,45€ seemed to be fair. But to my surprise, there were small letters that I didn't notice, so that buying that single download was the trial for a monthly subscription. How I learned that? Because 2 weeks later my bank account was charged for 30€. All for a single and useless download. I don't like a service on which you have to be careful and aware of this sh*t, otherwise you end up paying more money than you initially intended to pay
