I have ordered from DealsMachine several times. One time i didnt received product. There was a tracking number, and from tracking there could be seen that product arrived in my country. But i never received the product. I wrote complain to DealsMachine and full refunded me. I ordered once again refunded money and i received the product. Also very good communication with DealsMAchine stuff.

Firstly. My experienced with DealsMachine was a good and fantastic one. I ordered for mobile phone in the name of Oukitel K4000 Pro on ***** at 09:58:29 AM. 1.The Phone. The mobile phone itself came at exact date they told me the phone will be in my country. I met the phone intact as described on their websites before I ordered for it. The item was packed very well. I was somehow skeptic if i will get my item, but they proved me wrong. 2.The Customer Support Oh! DealsMachine customer support was a very good one. They always be on the alert to respond to your comments or questions as soon as they get it. I think I raised up to about four or five tickets for questions. In fact they responded very well. Even if you ask the questions in a rudely manners, they would not reply you angrily. They were always polite in their response to any questions posted to them. 3. The product price. The price of the product was very cheap compare to all other merchants that I know so far. The price is relatively cheap for the product. 4. Comments I can say I don't really have any negative comments about DealsMachine because I was treated okay, but I was surprised to see some negative comments about them. I paid for the shipment and they got the phone back, and after that I've been a whole year talking to them trying to get my money back, but all I have obtained has been nothing but lies, telling me they will refund me the money after 2-3 weeks, later in 3-7 days, later after another 3-5 working days, later after another 2-4 days, later between 7-25 days and last time between 3-5 working days. In every moment I've treated them with respect and kindness, I recorded a video for them to see the screen fail, I talked to my bank to check there was any problem with my account, I gave them a second bank account number to refund the money and I've been waiting for a whole year to get my money back, but thieves are thieves and as I've checked by myself, I'm not going to see that money again, so the only and last thing I can do is telling you what they do for you not to fall in the same trap as me and buy there, you'd better buy in other online store and if possible, in a bricks-and-mortar one. Having read through some of the comments I am convinced the bad ratings are coming from competitors because they are not just mistaken, but in some cases clear lies. I can say this because I have been a customer of dealsmachine.com for quite some time. I have purchased many products from them including 3 different brands of tablets, wireless peripherals (mice/keyboards), miscellaneous connectivity items like a bluetooth dongle for my desktop, HDMI micro -> standard cable and many other things. None of the nonsensical complaints reported here have happened to me. Frankly if this kind of stuff were posted about a business in Canada, where I live, there would a strong legal case because the libelous comments are very specific and easily disproven. I also know that there is a "community" of sellers who use other Chinese sites to cover them selling wildly over-priced merchandise on eBay. I suspect that community would not be happy if regular consumers become aware that they can buy the identical products with better delivery times at genuinely meaningful savings. Two facts that keep me going back to dealsmachine: 1. Their prices are consistently better -- often not by huge amounts in dollar terms, but sure, 33% when you compare an Onda v919 Air on dealsmachine to the identical tablet on everbuying.net. where I used to do my China-based buying. ***** has been better priced for the same merchandise on all items I have purchased -- I check religiously. 2. Their support is remarkable. I had a question about an item that cost under $4.00. They responded in detail the very next day. To their credit they have proven that buying from China is not only safe, but does not have to take 21 days delivery time.
