Ordered heated dry rack in December 09. Billed Jan 11th 2010. Promised on Feb 8th that they had been backordered and had just arrived. It would go out immediately. Asked for faster shipping to compensate for the delays. Finally found out Feb 17 that it would arrive Feb 23, with no accelerated shipping. Had to ask for a manager to see if there was anything they would do for me. They "promised" $10 credit to pay the difference faster shipping would have been. Waiting to see if they will even keep that promise. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
