got banned when I had been expressing myself myself when discovering the truth of what happened to me when I was born, as well they dont accept international culture or cosmic culture easily , predominantly USA culture accordance to policy. Site seems to be taken over by trolls and flaggots and people who dont spend time doing art, but who spend time upsetting artists around the community , basically the website ironically bis a sandbox for internet censorship, by experimenting with censoring art. I had been a subscriber , and the money I put into it has been wasted. If you an artist who is a naturalist/of cosmic culture / spiritualy advanced or an ascended person of high consciousness and wish to have exposure in your work, it would be censored with the "mature content" tag, as well you wont be able to sell prints since not many people would notice, see your work or appreciate your work, unless they are registered with deviantArt, perfect for abstract modernism, landscapes , space scapes, animals, still life. anything to do with humanoid anatomy and design , sensuality gets censored and flagged. There is a tendency for discrimination to the LGBT members and particularly people who are intersexed.

It's a community art project where everyone can upload their own art and share with countless other users and people who do not have an account. It is mainly child friendly, but there are artists, such as in the non-digital world, that will include mature content in their art. Most of these users will block their content for users under 18, but some either forget or allow deviantART members to click a button and "unblock" the photo. I wouldn't recommend this website for anyone under 13 unless an adult is monitoring their activity on the site. Adult content isn't necessarily explicit nudity, though. It can also include sexual themes, violence and gore, strong language, or ideologically sensitive material. Other than that, the website is filled with beautiful art that should not be offending to most. There are some dangerous ads, from the sounds of things, but a good popup/ad blocker and virus scanner should do the trick.
