I was perfidiously deceived. I did not receive a refund and I do not have any access to the game I purchased. Sales are slow and they sell games to many people at once. Difmark does not respond to seller fraud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning. Before purchasing the product, I checked its validity and some general information. Once agreements were made with the seller, I ascertained the delivery times which were not respected in any way. I have requested the seller several times and also opened a support ticket in the (live support) section. The current situation is as follows: My order, although paid correctly, was never delivered to me.

Scammers, bought Settlers New Allies (Epic Games account containing the game) from a seller called " VooDoo_Gaming", didn`t work to activate it because of region restriction, asked for refund, seller refused, told me to solve it with Epic Games support, they couldn`t do anything about it either, tried to make ticket to support on this website 3 times to say that seller is refusing refund (and he was also rude to me saying "just change your s**t on the account and it will work"), they were closing down my ticket without even replying back, 4th time they told me to speak with the seller (useless since he is refusing the refund), contacted my bank for a chargeback and left a negative review, i`m assuming my bank contacted this scamming website because the seller said he will refund me but only if I delete my negative review that I left for them, even the website manager emailed me threatening that I won`t get the refund if I don`t delete the negative review, too bad I cannot put screenshots here to prove all of this, avoid at all costs. I even got pop-up message from Trustpilot when I came here to leave the review saying that "This website (diffmark.com) is leaving fake positive reviews, we are deleting them" so there you have it, all those positive reviews are fake probably.

Difmark protège les arnaqueurs en tout genre, j'ai soit disant acheté un compte steam, dont je ne peux ni changer l'adresse mail, ni changer le mot de passe, auquel je n'ai plus accès moins d'une semaine après l'avoir acheté et la réponse de Difmark est : le vendeur est dans son droit il va vous contacter. Difmark m'a répondu cela 5 fois, mais rien en change et le vendeur ne me contacte bien sûr pas ... A fuir !!!

Scammers. 1 bought fifa23 and within some few days they changed the password. All effort to get them fix it failed. They are not credible. Becareful,you will loose your money. They intentionally do this to rip you off. They are never to be trusted
