Lorsqu'un appareil est défectueux, même avec une garantie, cela ne suffit pas chez Digitec. Les appareils ne fonctionnent toujours pas après deux ou trois réparations et les clients doivent attendre des mois.

Le support téléphonique est assez bon, mais le support par email est totalement NUL. On m'a demandé des précisions sur mon problème (problème de licence graveur DVD de mon ordinateur), j'ai répondu en détail et... n'ai jamais plus entendu parler d'eux !

It's an swiss online shop, where you can buy different electronical stuff. I'm often in their shop's and I have already bought stuff online there with Credit Card and never had trouble. Also they refund the money if something is wrong.
