Is dignitas.ch Safe?

Swiss Association Aid Dying with Dignity, mainly for foreign people (not Switzerland) filled die wishing to avoid dying in agony often feared. But it says in the rules of the association, which is non-profit, it may have a lower price requested, or even a free fare for modest revenues.
