My key stopped working after 7 months and they were rude and unhelpful when dealing with it. As you can see from other bad reviews online, this company is unprofessional, the person responding is extremely impatient and triggered and will start shouting at you in all caps repeating the same things like a parrot instead of truly helping and working with you to find a solution. In the end, they will call YOU a scammer and block you. That's how they do business. In short, worst customer service I've seen in a company. The person responding has issues. Save yourself the headache and don't deal with them.
