Hijacks: Installer & Browser!!! aTube Catcher is a LIAR! For one thing, I was told on a site that it would download HULU, - it does NOT! However the MAIN thing that angers me the most is that it HIJACKED my browser, took me to places I did not want to go, - It Loaded things on my machine I did NOT want on it - and it was even Polite in one area and asked me If I would like to install the Mr Ask toolbar with ALLLLL of its other garbage. However I DID say NO - and it STILL Installed what IT WANTED. Took me almost TWELVE Man Hours and 3 different softwares to remove all the crap it put on my machine! - DONT DO IT! - There are other FREE things that are SAFE and HONEST -

CNET installers now want to install a new toolbar, change your search engine, and even change your homepage. The wrapping of downloads in proprietary CNET-installers is being done without the prior approval of the software publishers, who's software's are subject to their own licenses that do not allow doing that. Therefor CNET is also bing unethical and performing illegal acts. Their motivation for doing this can not be anything else then money. My conclusion is that I moved from being an active software reviewer on CNET to other download sites with better reputations, like ***** and ***** or Nonags.com.
