I ordered a knife sharpener for approx. $58.00, it still has not arrived after 3 months. I contacted their customer service 3 weeks ago and still have not heard from them.Now the order has completely disappeared from my account with them. The knife sharpener has also disappeared from their website. Don't trust these people!

Paid for Bike Lock on eBay, NEVER get anything from them, despite 3 (!) email requests. Every time they responded with the same standard answer ("we don't now"), but asking to put 5 stars for business! Awful!

This website offers super low prices on a variety of computer related gagets. However, their customer service is beyond awful. When I contacted them about a late arriving package, they told me I'd actually order it on ebay and it was not their problem. This is using their order number, from their website, and contacting them from their website! When I opened a Paypal dispute, they suddenly located the tracking number. It turned out the package was at the post office. I think their customer service department is on drugs!
