I've been using the Free YouTube Download software for years and have always been very satisfied. Yesterday I had a problem with the program's automatic updates, but the software company fixed it immediately. Excellent support!

I couldn’t download full playlists and only managed one file at a time, but after following the support team’s clear instructions and reinstalling Free YouTube to MP3 Converter, everything works perfectly. Now I can download entire playlists without any issues. Many thanks for the quick and effective help!
1. Go to the Start menu->All programs->DVDVideoSoft->Uninstall -> Select all -> Uninstall
2. Manually delete folders (if you have them on your PC):
- C:\Program Files (x86)\DVDVideoSoft
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\DVDVideoSoft
- C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\DVDVideoSoft (this folder is hidden)
Then download and install particular apps
Before the installation, please click the right button of the mouse on the .exe file of Free YouTube Download/Free YouTube to MP3 Converter
You need to choose 'Run as Administrator'

I have been a Premium Member of DVDVideoSoft since August, 2016, and the applications they offer have been an incredible help as far as collecting the music I like, and videos that I use in my research. In addition, they have easy-to-use applications for editing audio and video files. Their technical staff is very good at keeping their finger on the pulse of what is happening to keep their apps up and running; but the few times that problems do arise, they respond within a day or two to address the situation, or help guide you to do what you need to do. I really appreciate that they understand and cater to their base, and they realize the importance of what they do. They get a big thumbs-up from me, because without them, my online experience would be drastically diminished.
