One of the great software, the support team is very responsive. Great software and very easy to use. I had an issue after updating to a new version, but the support team was very responsive and solved it quickly. Everything works perfectly now!

I have used dvdvideosoft.com apps for many years. On the occasions when I encountered a problem a quick email to them is swiftly answered. The solutions they provide always come with easy to follow instructions. This last level of support I received today (14/11/25) was to transfer my premium account activation code (from 2017 !) to a new Windows11 computer. Anna provided the instructions that same day and all went smoothly. 6-star feedback for dvdvideosoft.com
