Ich habe Email an Support DIGITAL WAVE LTD gesendet und innerhalb 12 Stunden die Antwort mit den entsprechenden LINKS zum download und Neuinstallationen bekommen. alles funktioniert wieder einwandfrei...vielen Dank für den prompten service an DIGITAL WAVE LTD

I had an error when attempting to use the YouTube to MP3 Converter. I updates the software, tried multiple computers, etc... nothing was working. I put in a help request at 9pm and i got the fix before 9am the next day. I was shocked how swiftly the issue was addressed and resolved (Less that 12hrs). I assume they fixed the app and created the new installer, because they sent me a link to a new updated version that was not available on their site, i downloaded & installed it and the application is now functioning as expected. Excellent support. Great application and great customer support.

Ich hatte das Programm "Free Youtube-to-MP3-Konverter" erworben. Nachdem es am ersten Tag problemlos lief, versagte der Download am Folgetag. Ursache war vermutlich ein Windows-Update. Der kontaktiert HelpDesk hat das Problem innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben und ein neues Release zum Download angeboten. Alles funktioniert wieder. Danke!
