I have been using ec21 for years and like with any other on or off line company you must a careful shopper. I pay with Paypal and I personally have never had a problem with this site. It seems illogical for the companies who operate under the ec21 umbrella to scam people when they stand to make money from all over the world. ec21 is not some new startup site, they have been doing business for many years with a good reputation.
