I have previously used this site 2 years ago, which was a positive experience and my order was received, although late. After using this site again recently I was surprised to see the negative feedback, I ordered again and received my product within 4 days which was amazing considering we live in the UK. I suspect the negative feedback is for other reasons, as it cannot be for bad service! Jenny in Kent.
