Received links from an ACT email which redirects to the ACT website. Nothing fishy from what I can tell, but it seems other users have had problems with this site. If you receive an email with links to this site, you can always instead go to Google and search for your desired site yourself.

Many of the comments complain about spam from The Nation. I suggest that these a paid commentary by the American Rabid Right that wishes to degrade the reputation of The Nation quite simply because they disagree with its journalistic political opinion. The only email I get from The Nation (in the past five years) has been their occasional request to help fund the newspaper. After all it is free over the Internet. If that is "spamming" then somebody is redefining the word! And for no other reason than to denigrate a fine newspaper.

Comments of spamming are ridiculous. Everyone should read The Nation, regardless of you brand of politics. Not liking an email from The Nation due to your political preferences is not the same as being spammed. The yellow rating is very deceptive and not reflective of the good reputation The Nation deserves. I’m not in any way affiliated with The Nation other than that I do receive emails and do read them.

Why does this still show up with a yellow ring when there are only 3 spam reports? Seriously? Let's more closer to real-time. This is one of the oldest operating news organizations in the US (~150 years). If it was spam or anything else they're accused of, we would have know this decades ago. Keep your politics out of our web of trust jerks!

The Nation is a subscriber based email list. If you are getting it, you had to sign up for it. I trust The Nation both as a print and online publication. A As others suggested, if you don't want to get it, OPT out or cancel your subscription. Don't rate it negatively on WOT. I think everyone rating it negatively is doing so because The Nation's political views do not conform to their own political views and are downgrading it to 'monkey-wrench'. Shame on them.

People stop claiming this is not spam or a nice site this is not a rating for slashdot this is a ratting for the email service they use elabs10.com apparently someone uses elabs10 to distribute spam and slashdot apparently recently switched to elabss10. SpamCop usually do not lie about spam.

Nation magazine here. We are completely legit as anyone who reads our publication can tell you. Many already have on this site. Thanks guys! We are NOT a spammer and this is the domain for Lyris, one of the countries leading ESPs for legitimate businesses, which we use for our email communications with our subscribers and readers, including newsletters they signed up for. Don't know what the political intentions are here or the political views of this guy Joe Wein but I'd advise these slanderers to cease and desist or we will take our own action against them.

I have used this site twice in the last year to purchase refurbished electronic equipment. I was completely satisfied with the entire purchasing experience from start to finish. Both products were exactly as described(portable hard drive and HP laptop) and in excellent condition. Shipping was free and delivered on a timely basis.

I don't know about elabs10 or whatever people are spamming WOT about. This is for ***** which is the site I was accessing when redirected here. I've been registered with Sourceforge for several yrs and have never gotten anything I didn't opt for. I think it's a great site and a positive boon for the open source community at large. I use indicators when I register with a site (slight info differences mainly), that have been a great help in identifying sites that sell your info or share it with so-called "sister sites" and I have found no problems here. I don't know if individual sites are being targeted for who might be hosting them and a hundred other sites or what. I just know that Sourceforge has been a great site for me and for many of my friends and customers in finding free, open source programs for a wide variety of uses. Great site!! Looks like the only spammers here are Joe Wein and company.
