They are using other people's photos without attribution.  Their 30 grilled cheese sandwiches is using other people's photos (and perhaps just outright stealing a whole article from another site.

While reading an article on this site, a window popped up from "Microsoft Security Essentials" warning of three viruses and asking me to "clean the computer". I do not have Microsoft Security Essentials, and this is a somewhat common scam to trick people into downloading a virus.
