I never signed up for these emails and some days I get up to ten a day! I get them at 11pm, 2am, 4am, there is no rhyme or reason and I've "unsubscribed" four times now, still getting a gazillion emails!! Ahhhh!!

Spam and fake company. Sends dozens of random, unsolicited emails on an address I never lived at. Can't unsubscribe and their website looks like it's from 1999.

Wonder when WOT will post one of the positive reviews of this spammer on their Twitter?

Regardless of whether this is a safe site, they are spammers. I get multiple unsolicited emails per day from them and it appears to be impossible to unsubscribe.

My mother gets them, about 'local' weather 'red alerts.' Most recently: 2-6" snow coming Monday afternoon. I check 4 sites, including the National Weather Service - all consistent, all say no snow, maybe mild rain. No actual alerts from the city, county, or state. When I look at the site, I see a poorly designed eagle head and American flag at the top. To me, that's the first sign of a scam site. False authority. Designed to cause disruptions and anxiety. Symbols like that, especially poorly rendered, probably mean the site isn't even run by Americans.

I find emergencyemail.org accurate especially in west Texas. It is hard to receive weather updates and warnings for our town. It is usually for a bigger city which is 38 miles away. The difference in their weather and ours is so very different due to the Pecos River. I recommend this site and it 100% trustworthy and the other news is a PLUS!!! K Acosta Grandfalls,Tx

NEVER subscribed to them and I am getting these emails on ALL my emails accounts. Just got one about a furniture recall. That is NOT an emergency. And they imply canceling is risky

Completely fine and safe site for all. Get your local weather forecasts including current conditions plus for the day, weather radar or anywhere else you need to know the forecast for, seven day forecasts plus national news, severe weather alerts that are nice, frost being my main concern, they give you two pr day more if there are alerts.
