Oracle has allowed spammers to use en25.com for over a year without doing a thing about it. Block *.en25.com

This is Oracle's marketing solution eloqua. Shoot the messenger. Can we accuse Oracle for letting its customers misuse its services? Probably yes, to some degree. But when we give eloqua a bad rating, its well behaved customers will suffer from that bad rating too.

As has been said if you allow subdomians to send out spam then you are a spammer by association.

This is a textbook candidate for blocking.

I've no idea if this site uses tracking cookies and I don't care as I have the add on DNTme installed on my Firefox browser. DNTme stands for Do Not Track me from Albine and goes way beyond anything else out there for blocking tracking cookies or other means of seeing what I'm doing on the internet. I have full control of who I am willing to allow to track me or not track me. For the most part it's easy and fully automatic, but gives me the option, if I choose, to change the blocking rules. It's available on C-Nets Download.com. Check it out and stop worrying about who is tracking you.

As Digital Jedi and kwikone pointed out: this is not the company creating the spam, it is created by sub-domains of this one. This IS however the site SENDING the spam. Because the Spams and Scams are so prolific, I must assume that they take no or ineffective steps in reducing the spam they send or verifying that they are sending legitimate email. I got here because one of their sub-domains sent spam pretending to be Qualys, and it's not the first time. If en25 was legit, this would not stand and the senders would be purged.

In my book, obtrusive tracking such as en25.com defines ethical problems.

Why penalize this site when it is some totally different site (albeit a sub domain of a subdomain of a subdomain etc) which is the culprit. People need yto be more accurate as to what site they are rating. Because of the rating of this site of of its sub sub domains gets tarred and feathered just because it has not had any ratings done yet (I got here because of this situation - and it was because of a well known established computer software vendor using a content delivery system of a sub sub sub domain)

This is another example of an ad click site getting rated down because of illegitimate services who misuse it. Why should emails from Wacom, ColourLovers and really any and all legitimate websites all be red and yellow, because people aren't taking the time to rate the actual website that spammed you?
