A scam & spam used in YouTube videos with ***** links that redirect you to a certain hack tool, program or cheat such as UndeadSteamPatch, FreeSteam, etc.
It is also used on fake torrents such as [Insert torrent name here] [Insert popular torrent uploader's name here] with passworded RAR or ZIP files saying to claim their password, they must go to this site which will redirect you to a download page with a survey and when you finish the survey, the site downloads malware.
Similar sites: EnterFactory, FestiveBar, BinBitCare, etc.
