Is eurobusinessguide.net Safe?

Domain used in 'business directory' scam. Emails containing this domain in their 'From' lines have an attached PDF form that recipients are invited to fill out in order to have their business included in a 'business directory'. The messages say that "Updating is free of charge!" but inspection of the small print on the form reveals that by returning the form, the recipient is agreeing to pay EUR995/year to be listed in the so-called 'directory' for a three-year period. The name of the supposed directory changes continuously, as do the domains used in the 'From' lines of the message. Past names used by this scammer include World Company Register, World Trade Register, EU Business Register, Euro Trade Register and World Business Directory. Messages also contain fax numbers to which the form should be returned, which also change regularly. Fax numbers used include +31 205 248 107, +31 30 310 0126 and others.
