This site is run by the former 7th day Adventists. People who were formerly part of the Adventist Church post their witness on how they learned in the church and they expose how the church teaches, such as the Sabbath, which is for the Jews, except that it's a universal institution. And the 7th day church denies the teachings of Eternal Hell and teaches the doctrine of annihilationism.

There is nothing wrong with this site - it is not hateful but expressing experiences that are useful to those who have been abused by cults, no hateful language or unsafe experiences in my use of the site - found it informative.

Very informative. I can see why some would like to keep this site shut down, though. It is not much of a boost to the church of Seventh Day Adventism. It does take the blinders off if they read it but I haven't met too many SDAs who want their blinders off. Then again, I'm sure I just haven't met the ones who do. I, for one, took my blinders off 30 years ago but this site is so very helpful and informative for those coming out of that religion.

As a disilustioned member of the 7th Day Adventist Church and who has begun to question their doctrine, I found this site a breath of fresh air. I have copied the documents after reading some of them and find them on point. I do not believe Ellen White is a prophet and I have read that she copied some of her material from Joseph White, the founder of the Morman Church. I would rate this site spot on in all categories and certainly one that is very necessary. The Adventists are great people; I would not in any way denigrate them or what they may believe. Adventism just isn't for me. And it will all be sorted out on the Day of Judgment The Adventists believe in the gospel and are truly saved. They just have a few disagreements in their doctrine and that of fundamental Christianity. However they are not heretics. They are truly Christian. But there is nothing wrong with questioning some of their beliefs as this site attempts to do. The questions they raise are the same questions I raised after reading and studying the Bible. I am grateful for this site and for WOT for allowing me to express my opinions and present my comments. Thank you. Marine Grandma
