Ist examiner.com sicher?

I came to this site to read an article but then a video ad popped up on the left side of my screen. A few seconds into the ad and the screen goes white. A new ad appeared in the middle of the screen, also playing a video. So I was sitting there with two video ads playing. It reminded me a lot of the 90s, but not in a good way. I just exited the site. I wasn't that interested anyway.

even thought the site provide information. the site is filled with pay per click ads that runs all over the site providing a very poor user friendly experience. before even try to read an article, you have to click several ads to even access to it. I decided not to go anymore due to painful experience. i am not a fan

An ad at top of page just says "plugin is missing" Doesnt say WHAT pluging (I am complete in the basic plugins by Adobe and Flash and more and they are ALL up to date. Ananymous hey I wanna update yer plugings or other "give me unrestricted access to root installs" frequently don't turn out well.

This site nearly took down my company proxy server with a clickbait article. The user clicked on one article and the site made nearly 200,000 calls out to ad sites. This is an abusive website that is a physical hazard to corporate environments. It is a dangerous site due to the number of hidden links out to numerous ad sites.
