I don't really like this site but I have a friend here and this is the only place we can connect. This site is invasive--I don't really trust them. NOT for kids...there is nasty stuff here--porn-spam-browser exploit-adware...just not really a good safe site...but if I don't give it a good rating--I can't chat with my friend....this site really sucks big time!!

Reliable for those who are responsible but can be a harmful site for those who are not especially children.

Don't provide too much personal info, make it public, or share it with anyone! One unreasonably angry bloke sent me hateful, horrible, insulting messages. (had access to my profile). Whole experience was horrific!

If you don't give away too much it can be entertaining, e.g. fan sites with questionaires & links to external sites, so long as you keep to yourself!!

I find the site to be very useful and informative. I have already connected with some of my classmates. I updated my internet explorer. It has a feature that allows you to control information being passed from website to website. I simply clicked on don't share info and now feel comfortable when I click on an external website here on facebook.

Just like myspace, you got scams, hacks, cracks, frauds, phishing and all kinds of crap.
Why must we have twenty thousand social networking pages that are all the same and based upon reverse-engineering a code from a single website that some Jag-off name Tom created?
Just create a forum, or get a girlfriend who's name isn't lefty.

They do funny things with your gmail account. They contact your contacts without your consent and without your explicit approval.
