I tried to order a physical bible. After two weeks when it hadn't arrived and I hadn't received tracking I emailed their customer support and they told me I purchased an ebook, ebooks were not refundable, but that if I purchased the physical book from the website they would give me a refund on the ebook(??) I went back to double check, when you select the physical book from the page that only sells physical copies, it gets changed to ebook in cart with no notification. This is clearly fraudulent behavior. I tried to call the support phone number which put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up. I emailed the support again and they said "We are all in a meeting right now. Please try back in an hour. Thanks [sic]" I did some googling and found a lot of people rating this site as a scam. Do not order anything from this website or Harper-Collins publishing
