Good site all-around. If you're worried about pop-ups, just install AdBlock Plus and you won't get any. Also, I've received absolutely NO viruses or trojans from Fanpop.

This site is SO SLOW. I don't know what the heck it is adding. Then I got a pop-up about a potentially malicious flash script?! No thanks.

Fanpop is fabulous. A fun way to obsess over your favorite topics (from television to politics) and connect with people who are fans of the same things you are. Teen-friendly and with a dedicated force of moderators and administrators doing their best to keep it spam free.

As soon as I went onto this site it tried to plant a virus on my pc, had my avira not picked it up I think I may have been in trouble. Due to this I would not trust this site full stop.
