Le site fashionmia.com est-il sûr ?

I'm so disappointed with the delays in sending the orders. I purchased a coat on November, 19th. Almost a month later, I haven't received it yet. Even when they stated I should be receiving it "normally within 3-7 days". I was planning to wear this item on my trip to NY for Christmas and now I have to go to the shopping and spend more money on another item at the last minute because of your poor service. It is extremely inconvenient! I hope you take criticism seriously in order to improve your Customer satisfaction

I ordered a dress, paid with Paypal but heard nothing from fashionmia. Other sites send a receipt and shipping information. After nearly four weeks I emailed, but have received no reply. It was only then I looked at the reviews. I discovered most people were dissatisfied and lost money. A few reviews praised them a little too much and I discovered they have paid people for five star reviews. I will be making a claim through Paypal.

Une amie de ma mère a commande une belle robe Jaune.  Juste qu'au jour d'aujourd'hui, Elle attend toujours la robe qu'elle à vu sur le site. Parce que ce qu'elle a reçus c'est un imperméable jaune, moulant, à bretelle. Aussi original qu'elle( l’imperméable)  fut, elle a été direct à la poubelle.  Le plus drôle, c'est que j'avais une vue sur la même ''robe''.  bref pour ceux qui veulent tente le coup, passe de petit commande pour moins 40$.

I bought a dress from FashionMia June 2016 and when a different dress arrived, FashionMia, when contacted, told me that I was wrong and did order it and "we have no right to refund you money." I presented to FashionMia their own order confirmation showing them their error and have been told by various FashionMia staff on different occasions that they will give me a third of the cost back, sometimes a full refund is offered to me or FashionMia refuses any refund at all...depending on the day. I've sent so many emails and made phone calls (not returned) but did manage to get an email from service@fashionmia on August 5th that a full refund was being "pushed" and the refund would be in my Paypal account within 5 days. It's been 20+ days and I haven't seen the refund yet. I think they hope their unhappy customers will just sit back and take the loss, while FashionMia lay in wait for a new sucker.

I ordered several items, paid for expedited delivery, only to find out all but 1 of the items were out of stock. I requested a refund from them. They wanted not only my credit card info but also my SSN and or driver's license and other sensitive information. Do not order items from this site!

I ordered several pairs of shoes from this website in October 2014 & as of yet I still have not received the entire order. I wasn't ever made aware that some of the shoes had gone out of stock, I have been in contact with the company for several months to get my merchandise but since the time lapsed for PayPal refund, they said they created another order & still today I'm getting a notice that they want to offer me another coupon, so I go to check the shoes I ordered & again, some have gone out of stock & I was never notified of this problem. The shipping & handling policy states once payment has been confirmed it takes 3-5 days for processing then items should be shipped to be received in 7-10 days. This has not been my experience with this company. I'm so done with this company but yet still out of my money & merchandise. EBay orders from China have gotten here quicker than this! BEWARE!!!

I haven't bought merchandise from this site, but did a bit a research before deciding to buy anything from there and it seems that one might want to think twice before handing over your money to these guys: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/fashionmia.com ***** Apart from that there's barely any reviews out there, which I find a bit odd for a site that's been running for three years.Beware of anything that seems too good to be true, which is why I made sure to find out if they were reliable or not before going on a potentially regrettable shopping spree.
