Our company used FEDEX at the beginning. Of 3 packages, 2 arrived one one day too late. Of 30 packages, 5 arrived MANY days too late. Service consists of automated messages, Never again.
I've never had a problem using FedEx that was actually their fault. The only time I received a package late was when the sender was dragging their heels.
EVERY package our company has sent FedEx has gotten lost or delayed. Switched to UPS and get better rates and our packages get to where they are going ON TIME. NEVER have had an issue with UPS!
