Don't know how you could rate privacy so strong. They do not have privacy procedures or protocols in place for their website volunteers. Any support activity is carried out through gmail addresses and nobody knows what information is retained or deleted. The application of member rules is subjective and based on the owners and volunteers personal feelings about members and changes from person to person. While I enjoy the site, I would not give their trustworthiness or privacy high ratings.
