This organization is an PAC environmental group that lobbies for environmental issues, which though well meaning, leads to some conspiracy-style claims, without scientific evidence, for example: "750 million genetically engineered mosquitoes approved for release in Florida Keys – August 19, 2020". This article is a call to action against the release of genetically altered mosquitoes, based on no science-based proof and uses emotionally laden phrases such as the program being a "Jurassic Park experiment" and a claim that "The release of genetically engineered mosquitoes will needlessly put Floridians, the environment and endangered species at risk in the midst of a pandemic" – without any factual scientific support for their claims.
