I switched to Fozzy in July 2016, because my previous web host had been over-selling their hardware, causing my site's loading times to suffer. I chose Fozzy because they prided themselves on under-selling hardware. My site's performance immediately improved after the switch, and has remained consistently at this new level. I've struggled with a number of technical challenges recently, such as learning how to use SSH access. Their team explained me everything I needed to know when I contacted them. Double Thumbs up to this decent host.

Very good with their standard products. ***** support is absolutely appallingly bad. I have never experienced anything like this. Their reliability and price makes up for it though as it is very seldom that I do require to contact their support desk. The admin dashboard is a bit confusing, but once you browse through it and try some things like whois protection or verification, it's all right.

They have offered us great service and we have never had any downtime issues. Our website is always up and running. Billing has always been on time and correct. Support is usually great, my only complain being that the original average support response time of 10 minutes is now more like 30-40 minutes. This is to be expected with the kind of growth they've experienced, however. All in all, my experience has been great and I will definitely continue using their ssd hosting services.

Fozzy is great. Customer service is MUCH better than most companies and a lot of people use them, so there are a lot of resources out there. For a shared hosting account, they have great features and service. I'm pretty satisfied with Fozzy. Low prices and reliable service but they dont support addon domains in the economy hosting package. The package which supports it is not affordable to me, so its time to move on.

I would recommend ***** to anyone, looking for stable and professional hosting service. Support seems most important to me, as I find that most hosts I have worked with provide good uptime. I've used many hosts, and find Fozzy far above the others. All problems have been solved as soon and nicely as i could expect, with a real-time support. The tools provided are great! Their control panel makes it easy to do pretty much everything I've wanted, and I've had no problems with uptime for the most part.
