I am most impressed with Fozzy.com for their friendly, timely and helpful support. They have helped me get several sites up and running in no time.

They have offered us great service and we have never had any downtime issues. Our website is always up and running. Billing has always been on time and correct. Support is usually great, my only complain being that the original average support response time of 10 minutes is now more like 30-40 minutes. This is to be expected with the kind of growth they've experienced, however.
All in all, my experience has been great and I will definitely continue using their ssd hosting services.

I have used a number of hosting providers over the past 20 years and Fozzy ssd host is by far the best. Their tech support exceeds anything I have ever come across! Nothing compares to Fozzy, they are brilliant! They are without a doubt the best host provider I have been with. If you need a host you don't need to look any further than these guys. That's why I'm still here.

Most of our support tickets are addressed within 20-40 minutes. For immediate assistance, they also have a live chat support feature. They are easy to use - good support. I probably don't know as much as I should about the ins and outs of having a large website, but with Fozzy by my side, I never worry about that anymore!
Truly special.
Fozzy.com provide value for money hosting services based on SSD Storage which is really faster than regular hosting.

I have been a Fozzy.com customer for ten months, I picked them because of their extensive list of products and their availability of help! I have not been disappointed! I like their features:
- Top edge servers DELL R530
- Weekly backups
- USA/Netherlands/Russia
- SolusVM Management panel
Only time I needed their 24/7 support is setting up my domain and website and they fulfilled my expectation with their great support.

Fozzy is great. Customer service is MUCH better than most companies and a lot of people use them, so there are a lot of resources out there.
For a shared hosting account, they have great features and service. I'm pretty satisfied with Fozzy. Low prices and reliable service but they dont support addon domains in the economy hosting package. The package which supports it is not affordable to me, so its time to move on.

I would recommend Fozzy.com to anyone, looking for stable and professional hosting service.
Support seems most important to me, as I find that most hosts I have worked with provide good uptime. I've used many hosts, and find Fozzy far above the others. All problems have been solved as soon and nicely as i could expect, with a real-time support.
The tools provided are great!
Their control panel makes it easy to do pretty much everything I've wanted, and I've had no problems with uptime for the most part.

Пользуюсь почти год. Отличный хостинг и недорого, очень шустрый. Редко глючит, бывают атаки на сервера. Поддержка исправляет проблемы оперативно. Дай Бог цены не станут поднимать.
