1) The survey tool it self is satisfactory, especially considering that it has a free option, 2)However after your survey gets more than 50 participants, it locks without any previous warning and you cannot see your results unless you upgrade. 3) Once you upgrade, even though it seems like a one-time fee for a month, it is actually a monthly subscription. YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET BILLED THE NEXT MONTH. It is so shady, that the cancelling section itself is buried somewhere in the FAQ section. 4) I tried to call/email customer support many times, in the beginning when my results where locked and then when I got billed for a second month. Absolutely no way to contact them/no reply to emails.
