Flowers for a funeral were delivered TWO DAYS LATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When speaking with customer service, the employee's English was so poor that it was hard to understand. This was a TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AWFUL. Wait, the wife is receiving another phone call from FTD from a person doesn't speak English either. This is the forth phone call. This whole experience is a disaster. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

They've plonked me on their mailing list because I was dumb enough to order something from them. Don't bother with the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of their emails - I've tried twice over several days to get them to remove me from their email list, but they seem to have no interest in it.

These are companies that are engaged in trade of personal information in order for loyalty programs to impose charges.. This happens at the end of "Checkout" when it prompts you from email and then charges your credit card.. I am giving them all poor vendor and privacy scores..
