- The seller fulfils his obligations.
- The buyer confirms that the order is completed by transferring funds to the seller.

2. The system of ratings and reviews, which helps to choose the seller.
In a word, if the seller has already made many orders, and all of them were successful, most likely, you will not have any problems.

3. The work of the support, arbitration and our intellectual system, which uses all possible means to help you if you have any problems.

If there is not enough money on the seller's balance for the refund (like in your exact case), we block the seller's withdrawal in order to accumulate the amount.
In addition, our intellectual system monitors the seller and blocks withdrawals to his other accounts.
And in order to solve more complex problems, we have the arbitration section, which conducts investigations and helps users make a decision if they cannot solve the problem on their own.
