I recently purchased a Xiaomi lucky bag. The product came a bit late but it came in good condition and was packaged properly. However, unlike the standard bundle where a TPU case and screen protector is included, the phone did not come with the aforementioned items. Still, the site often runs good promotions and email-only prices are very competitive to the likes of AliExpress.

I've purchased about several dozen items from Gearbest for over two years now. It's really awesome to be able to purchase items that are simply not available in Europe, not to mention the price is really good. I mostly buy flashlights, and I can highly recommend their own brand Zanflare. I've got the F1, F2S, F3, and F10 lights, as well as the C4 charger. All well built good quality products with excellent value. Make sure to purchase them when they're on sale! Whenever there is communication with Gearbest I get a fast and professional reply. I'm very happy with Gearbest and I can highly recommend them!

A great 'lil site for buying from China. I ordered replacement Mi band 3 chargers and a 32 GB micro SD card from GearBest. Great prices at 90p and roughly £3 respectively. Beats most other stores in pricing which ship from China (banggood etc.). Overall could not be happier with GearBest - will certainly be back for more. GB was initially recommended to me by a friend who had bought a number of items from GearBest, again happy with the price, shipping and customer service. Both items I bought arrived 17 days after purchase despite being untracked (quicker than many other items from China e.g. from AliExpress). Interactions with customer service have been wholly positive and set a good tone for future interactions - reassuring if I ever have some problems. All I can say is well done GearBest, will be back again!

In my opinion, gearbest.com is a pretty convenient site for online purchases. There is no problem about paypal or credit card payment (according to mine and my friends opinion who also use this site). Furthermore, I noticed some comments about reviews and items that are fake. This totally NOT the case!!! There are many reviews which also post videos and pictures of the purchased item. To conclude, gearbest seems to be a perfect site for especially electronic products and also other staff. (i bought kitchen tools which proved really worthy)

Gearbest is one of my favourite online stores. I'm an active buyer a bit more than 3 years and they are perfect in their job. Every time that i had a problem, they solved my problem, and i got my refunds all the times that an item didn't arrive. Also, gearbest has better prices than other online sites and this is an extra reason to choose gearbest.

First i was afraid if gearbest can be trusted or if the item will arrive at all but my curiosity won. So i ordered a xiaomi mi robot vacuum and was surprised that my shipment wasn't delayed at all. Two weeks it took but overall a nice experience - the robot was well packed and wasn't damaged. And i could track it after some days. A comparable robot would have been 3 times more expensive here.. Now it helps every second day to clean the floor and is doing it like on the first day. So i was hooked and ordered some minor stuff like a cable holder or a xiaomi wiha screwdriver kit (very nice quality) and everything got here in 2 to 3 weeks. On singles day i ordered a Oneplus 6 and it arrived after 20 days ***** to 01.12.). Had a question there and they got back to me in no time. They are really wiling to help so i cant' say bad things about the support-center either. The only thing improvable would be the tracking. If the item would be trackable from the get go it would be really nice. Best tracker so far was parcelsapp. Great shop with MANY and excellent products for good prices overall. You need to take the risk of shipment-delay though.
