Is gearbest.com Safe?

My overall experience has been great, products I purchased were of good quality although there dispatch time was a bit longer than expected but thanks the nice customer care agent that helped make sure the order was shipped faster. I recommend this site for online shopping but make sure you read the product description very well before purchasing, pictures can be really deceiving!

I’ve been using GearBest services for different years and I have to say that I’ve never encountered any problems. I made several orders, all from China and I never had to pay customs taxes or pull me crazy because I couldn’t find my package anymore. The store offers a huge variety of products, very often at very competitive prices, for which it is really worth waiting a bit more to receive the product. The few times I had to contact them about some order/small problem, the assistance answered me really quickly and they were able to solve all my problems, and also regarding the refunds or cancellation of any orders, I've never had any problems. The only flaw that I found in my experience concerns a bit processing/shipping times, which many times are too long, in my opinion. As for everything else, I must say that the store is well organized and that I will certainly continue to make purchases in the future... which I recommend to anyone who is looking at these reviews to know if the service is reliable and exceptional... well, it is, don’t worry and start your purchases! Bon prix sur certains produits lors de promotions. J'ai commandé un ordinateur portable Xiaomi. Tout est conforme . Rien a redire sur le produit. Attention au choix de la livraison ou ça peut rénéger des frais de douane. service après vente Gearbest très sérieux sinon suite à mon problème de douane ils m'ont remboursé les frais générés

Eu comprei um celular android na gearbest, e me surpreendi com o preço e com o atendimento dos funcionários, estão de excelente qualidade e não posso nem do que reclamar na hora do envio da minha encomenda, muito rápido, nunca tinha importado qualquer produto do exterior, mas agora só comprarei na gearbest a melhor loja que oferece a maioria dos produtos de ótima qualidade... Estão de parabéns

For me, gear best is one of the best sites for buying purposes. It is thrustful and has very good prices. The shiping is free on unregistered air mail,but if you want your product to be delivered more faster, I recomend you chose registered mail. By the way just wanted to say I wasn't forced by gearbest to make this review. This is just my personal opinion. :)

Gearbest in my opinion is synonymous with quality ... you find everything ... I bought on this site and I found it very well ... quality article at a bargain price, all arrived before the scheduled days so I am fully satisfied ... I absolutely recommend!

All the things I needed to buy at GearBest were very happy, because they send the order very fast and this contributes to the satisfaction of their customers (in this case, my haha).

Good eshop, never had problem with order, shiping. My ordered stuff has always arrived. NEver had problem with order cancelation, or money refund. Prices are good but not so good... My ordered package always arrived. And in box was described item that i bought on site. So i recomending gearbest.com
