Great deals throughout a year!
I have been using Gearbest for a year now and I have been satisfied so far. They do not have the best deals all the time, but they have really good deals on several occasions throughout a year.
The last thing I bought was Xiaomi Mi TV Box and the shipping was really fast. I waited for maybe 10-12 days for it to arrive. The product is of great quality as expected of Xiaomi and thanks to discounts on Gearbest, I got it relatively cheaply.

I discovered a very good site that is GearBest. I was very satisfied with the speed of receipt of my order (in France) and the price of the items I ordered. I had bought the Xiaomi products and the Aqara range with Gateway, switches and temperature and humidity probes.
I am very satisfied with the quality of the package and products.

I ordered Xiaomi redmi note 4 track number RG989041153BE. Parcel didn't come to Ukraine. Gearbest don't return my money. After I made few tickets they blocked my account, Now if I want log in (my account teofila.posh@bk.ru) it is an error "Your account is experiencing technical issues, please contact our Support Center". So I lose my money and they delete my account, I didn't recommend buy from Gearbest anything!!!
Заказал смартфон Xiaomi redmi note 4, трек номер RG989041153BE. Телефон так и не приехал (можно проверить на любом сайте для проверки треков). Писала им много раз тикеты но они просто тянули время. Одного дня просто забанили или удалили мой аккаунт (teofila.posh@bk.ru) при входе ошибка "Your account is experiencing technical issues, please contact our Support Center". Писала им на мейл но ответа нет только ссылка на новый тикет но войти прочитать нельзя так как удалили аккаут. Не рекомендую у них покупать в магазине Gearbest так как окажитесь без денег и без товара, а потом вас просто забанят.

I buying many times from Gearbest. But if will have any problems they will ignore you. I ordered phones order numbers W1712050805026398 and W1801090540166293. But I didn't get them more than 5 months. Track numbers are RU103600094NL and RF517745792SG. If them track on 17track you will see parcels didn't come to my country. By the PayPal rules seller must solve promlem with shipping company and make refund to buyer.
Gearbest ignore my tickets and didn't answer for them. Be carefull!!!

The Gearbest is REALLY one of the best online shops.
I have bought many times there (mobile phones, toys, home things and etc).
I think that delivery is quick. And the package is very good. All items in my orders were unbroken not like from some other's internet shops.
My last order is on Mar 11, 2018 - LCD 8.5 inch Digital Graphic Tablet (order number W1803111257064421). I have received this parcel less than in one month (28 days from my order).
It is Very good LCD Graphics Tablet for childrens. It is very easy to clean the painted things. You must press only one button.
My baby like it very much!
I am obliged to tell that the Gearbest's cost are cheaper other sites.
My friends have bought this LCD Graphics Tablet like me on Gearbest.

I bought already 2 phones, drone, paintings, drilling ends and I have to say all of them are great. Well packed and same as described. Shipping is fast so this is also good. I really recomend gearbest if you would like to have everything sorted out.

The good: There are good deals and coupons from time to time - when the item you ordered actually arrives...
The bad: Their customer support seems like a complete waste of time, they don't seem like they're there to help you, just to make sure you get bored of the procedure. I ordered a phone in december 2017 that hasn't arrived to this day. I have contacted the support, they said i have to wait 2 months from the day i made the orded, that's when they conclude it as lost. Okay, 2 months passed, i had to fill out a form that i didn't receive it. After that they just say that they did everything right, the shipping company is to blame and they will only refund half of the price. What? Looking at the tracking number they provided its status is "announced/ post got the information" meaning the shipping company DIDN'T EVEN GET the package. So to this day they have no intention whatsoever to refund me fully. Here's another story: I got a smartwatch from them that broke from updating itself with its own app. It took me 1.5 week to get it fully refunded which means messaging them every day back and forth and had to haggle with them because at first they didn't want to give a full refund of course. So that's all of my bad experience with gearbest, it could even be a good store if they didn't have so bad customer support.
PS. I'm going to post this review to other sites as well to let more people know about the ethics of this company.

I have made the order of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 ( W1711110942222917 Nov 11, 2017 ) and have been surprised fast delivery. The packet had good packaging. Delivery date of 23 days. Have brought me it home. I was very happy with phone. It is fast. Everything is remarkable.
I still will do several control purchases in this shop. I read a many of complaint to shop here. I made several orders and they were quickly delivered and I am happy with these items.
The first was the order of W1612071052060958 for Convoy S2+ LED Flashlight.

По правилам компании, в случае пропажи товара, вам вернут только 50% от стоимости товара. Какие-либо доказательства отправки товара (квитанции, фото посылки) категорически не представляются. Предлагается какой-то подозрительный трекинг номер, который не отслеживается.

It's a good website if you want to buy electronics. They have a large selections of articles and they often have the best prices you can find on Internet. The only issue was with some French transporter but they aren't linked anymore. The shipping time can be long and the consumer service can be quite stubborn in case of problems, so pay with paypal. I recommend this website if you want the best prices, but be patient.
