General filehosting community, no malware.

I don't know why General Community got red WOT. It's just forum, where users communicate, read news, get support and so on. It's absolutely safe by all indicators

Good downloads, and able to request new ones too. Some Adult material, but that's in its own section, so not so great for child safety.
