The site itself is not malicious, for now, as of August 2015 - see www.screenshots.com/goatse.cx/2015-08-28. (It used to be a truly malicious shock site, on the other hand.) However, this is a site which kids are not encouraged to use, as it contains explicit content.

Ahh, yes. Goatse. An oldie but a goldie, and it is back up after being inactive for many years.
While the site itself does not appear to contain any malicious code or do any harm to the pc (Being a static image) the content on the site itself is absolutely not suitable for children or at work and is undesirable elsewhere.
